Shipping and Delivery Policies
Carriers: Our prefferred carrier is United Parcel Service.
Deadline for all orders: Orders must be placed by 11:45 AM CST to ship that day.
Insurance: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost!
Restricted Shipping Areas: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or anywhere outside the Continental U.S. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but please add $20.00 to the listed price and allow one additional day for delivery.
Recipients Phone Number: Our carrier requires the recipients phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
Christman Deliveries: All orders received and confirmed by 11:45 AM Central Standard Time, December 21, will arrive by Christmas with an additional shipping charge of $20.00 per gift.

Return Policy
If your product is defective, you may return it
for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that were personalized or engraved for a customer can not be returned unless defective. Before
returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email
within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
Tax
BonjourGifts.com shall withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other
taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Disclaimer
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties
either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects
the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein
being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by
the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt
of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes
of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export
documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’
warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you
